Is there any expiration date on my gift card?
Rutter’s gift cards are available for 10 years from date of purchase.

Do Rutter’s gift cards carry a dormancy fee?

What can I buy with my Rutter’s gift card?
It is redeemable for merchandise only at Rutter’s store locations. It may not be used to purchase another gift card, or towards previously purchased merchandise.

Can I use my Rutter’s gift card to pay at the pump?
Yes, you can pay at the pump.

Can I add more money onto my Rutter’s Gift Card?
Yes. Simply take your card to a cashier, choose how much you wish to reload on the card and the cashier will do the rest!

How can I check my balance?
Visit any Rutter’s store or check your balance on our Balance Inquiry page.

What happens if I lose or damage my Rutter’s gift card?
You can request a gift card replacement if you have the Card Number (located on the back of your card). Replacement cards will be the value of the gift card at the time Rutter’s receives your report of loss, theft, or unauthorized use.
